‘Do the Soo’ Walking Tours – Liability Waiver and Release Buy purchasing a tour, I, ___________________________ agree to this release of all claims, waiver of liability and assumption of risk (“Waiver and Release”). I waive any and all claims I may have now and in the future, and release from all liability and agree not to sue Do the Soo Walking Tours (DTSWT), Tagona Press (Tagona), Delta Hotels Sault Ste Marie Waterfront, Northern Superior Brewery Co., Canadian Bush Plane Museum, Algoma Conservatory of Music, Lake Superior Watershed Conservancy, all Tagona officers, agents, representatives, employees and Tour guides (hereafter referred to as “Staff”) for any personal injury, death, property damage, or loss sustained by me as a result of my participation in a tour or experience (collectively “Tours”) offered by DTSWT due to any cause whatsoever, including without limitation, negligence on the part of DTSWT; its Staff, Tour partners, or other participants. By signing this Lability Waiver and Release, I am certifying that I am sufficiently physically fit to participate in this DTSWT event. I understand that Tours involve walking and other physical exertion that may last approximately 2 hours in outdoor settings where temperature and other environmental conditions may fluctuate. I am hereby fully accepting the physical risks associated with my participation in these various TSWT activities. I also agree that at all times during the Tour, I shall abide by and comply with any additional instructions given by my DTSWT guide or any other DTSWT Staff. I understand that non-compliance may result in my removal from the Tour. I am also providing my full consent for DTSWT and Tagona Press to use my photographic, video, or digital likeness solely for promotional, educational, and/or commercial purposes. I affirm that I have fully understood and agree to these Liability Waiver and Release terms and conditions.
